Coralville Public Library
E. Jean Schwab AuditoriumIt’s a Mystery! is a mystery book discussion group that has met at the Coralville Public Library since 1994. In October It's a Mystery is discussing "The Hangman's Daughter" by Oliver Pötzsch.
It is Germany in 1660 when hangman Jakob Kuisl is called upon to investigate whether witchcraft is at play in the near-drowning of a young boy. Based on the author’s family history, this story brings the 1600s to life, along with its superstitions, fears, and politics.
It's a Mystery meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am in Schwab Auditorium. You are welcome to join in any time. Come when the book sounds good, or to every meeting.
