Novel Conversations
"A Snake Falls to Earth" by Darcie Little Badger
Thursday, November 19
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Coralville Public Library
Board RoomNovel Conversations is a book group that alternates between classic novels and more recent works of fiction and nonfiction.
This young adult novel features Nina and Oli, teenagers from different worlds. Nina and Oli have no idea the other exists. But a catastrophic event on earth, along with an odd illness that falls on Oli’s best friend, help to drive the worlds together in ways they haven’t been in centuries.
Participants are welcome to come to all the meetings or just those that sound interesting. Multiple copies of each book are available for checkout in the library and are, whenever possible, made available in large print, audiobook, and ebook editions.
Novel Conversations meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Board Room.
