Join us for a free community Chat ’n' Chai celebrating National Friends of the Library Week with members from the Friends of the Coralville Public Library.
The Friends of the Coralville Public Library is a non-profit organization that provides volunteer and financial support to the Coralville Public Library. Their mission is the promotion of reading; to this end, they support the resources, services and needs of the Coralville Public Library that are not covered by city funds. They are most known for their quarterly book sales held in the lower level of the Coralville Public Library. Speak to Friends members at this Chat 'n' Chai celebrating National Friends of the Library week or learn more on the Friends of the Coralville Public Library webpage.
Hosted by Samira Abdalla, Coralville’s Community Resource Navigator, Chat ’n' Chai is an informal community meet up in the Library’s Café where everyone is welcome to sit with a cup of chai and chat with their neighbors.
